Meet the Photographer

Hey, I'm Becky!

I'm based in Charleston, SC and have been photographing weddings for the past five years. While Charleston is home, I photograph weddings all over the East Coast and am always happy to travel wherever your plans take you.

I have a degree in Business Management from Clemson University, which has helped me build this little business from the ground up. Photography ended up being a mix of three things I've always loved- being creative, business, and connecting with people.

Outside of photography, I'm usually hanging out with my fiancé and our two rescue dogs, working on our little house on Johns Island, at the beach, or planning our next trip somewhere.

I like to joke around and definitely don't take life too seriously. Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm easy to talk to and easy to be around, and I think that carries over into how I photograph weddings. I know having a camera pointed at you can feel awkward, so I never want photos to feel overly serious or forced.

When it comes to photographing your wedding, I'll give you direction when you need it and make sure we get the photos that matter. But I also know when to step back and let you enjoy your wedding without making the whole day feel like a photoshoot. After five years of doing this, I still think it's pretty cool that I get to be there for such an important day in people's lives. I get to photograph your favorite people, the moments you remember, and a lot of the ones you don't even see happen. These photos will eventually become a little piece of your family's history, and that's probably my favorite part of what I do.
